Casting Phase
Agglomerate Cement tiles are manufactured from factory made high density concrete blocks of 250x120x60cm. These are subjected to a special vacuum-vibration tunnel and then to a curing process.

Sawing Phase
When blocks are completely cured, they will be cut into full bodied slabs of any required thickness and then into standard or custom dimension as required by client.
03
Finishing & Cutting Phase
Slabs are cut into dimension tiles (standard or bespoke) and finished as required by client.
